IT Support Specialist

Obligatory

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Products such as Office 365
• Good understanding of OSI Model Layers
• Upper-Intermediate level of Spoken English is a must
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Network is desirable
• Technical background 
• Certificates (Microsoft, Cisco, etc.) 
• Familiar with VoIP solutions

Nice to have

• Responsible, initiative, self-organized, eager to learn

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and maintaining computers’ park (100+ Windows based machines)
• Fixing workstations issues (reinstall software, drivers, replace broken parts)
• Daily supporting users, handling complaints
• Providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits

Maxitech is looking for driven and successful IT Support Specialist to join our IT Department. 
Our company’s headquarters is in Tel Aviv while R&D office is in Kyiv.
Current team size is 60+ people. New products development we start in 2018 requires team to grow for additional 40 people this year. We are looking for software development experts ready to bring their knowledge and contribute to building the new, best in the class software product.
